For You (Day 16)

I hope you're listening
Life isn't the same for you and me
You can't pass judgements
Your perceptions are your experiences
My perceptions are my experiences
Let's embrace all experiences
They cannot be compared
Your situation is different from mine
And mine, different from theirs
We are all different
Heck, just look at the DNA
Your fingertips are staring hard at you
We all have internal battles to fight
There are also our external wars
And we fight as best as we can
Our protective shields are so different
Why equate your battles with mine?
You say you like this and that about me
Still can't accept me as I am?

In some way when one says, why can't you accept me the way I am. He/she doesn't accept the way the other person is

That's so true ! And that's when embracing each other person's experience helps right? :)

Well, coin has two sides. May be ;) We are always on the wrong side.

Loved the reference of DNA and fingerprints.
